    Pros

    They pay well. There are some really awesome (yet highly devalued) people working there.

    Cons

    Very political, good-ole boy environment, if you don't dance or play the game you will not be successful. Extremely high turnover, with almost quarterly terminations for what seems like no reason at all. You can be a rockstar today and terminated tomorrow. Zero job security. Communication among various groups and departments is horrible. Company known for discrimination based on age, gender, and race.

    Pros

    Everyday is challenging and every job is different. The company's leadership truly cares and works hard to build trust and cohesion with in the team. The employees here are "salt of the earth" and work hard as a unit to complete impossible tasks daily.

    Cons

    Long hours and weekend work is required but the team is good about splitting the work and everyone pulls on the rope when called upon.

    Advice to Management

    Keep appreciating your employees and the team we have built. The profit sharing program is what keeps employees engaged and allows individuals to grow financially as the company grows.

    Small, friendly company. Good autonomy for management. This is at the franchise level.

    Cons

    Limited growth opportunities. At the franchise level no upward movement. No ongoing residual commission structure.

    1. Great people to work with and great owner to work for.
    2. Everyone works as a team to get things accomplished.
    3. Everyday is different than the day before.
    4. You get to help people get their homes back to normal after a disaster happens.
    5. The money is the work you put in.

    There isn't really any cons. The work is what you make of it.

    Great work environment, high energy and team mentality. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help each other out.

    Cons

    Hours are longer than normal business hours (7:30-5:30), goes by quickly though.

    Pros

    Good pay when working drama!

    Cons

    Company is terrible at containment. They don't have any regard for the life of there employees! Always pushing to do things the wrong way as its cheaper. Hold bags or asbestos months at a time in there office so they don't pay a separate dumping fee!
