I have been working at ServiceNow full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment, understand the importance of family, team collaboration, constantly growing, good benefits, agreeable pay, bonus paid quarterly, provided with company shares on first day.

    Cons

I do not have any negative comments about the job so far. It is a fairly new office, I have been working there around 6 months now without complaints.

I have been working at ServiceNow full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Definitely a team of drivers. Pretty good work life balance. Office gets pretty quiet by 5:30pm. Those with more experience and expertise may be expected to stay a little later or be on call.

    Cons

Some middle management lack experience. Both a pro and a con: You are asked to take a good amount of weekend shifts in customer support, but you do get a makeup day.

    Advice to Management

Had the benefit of good managers so far, but some middle management can become a bit of a wasteland. With some better training/structure, or picking the right people, would help increase overall employee happiness.

    Pros

Good people. Challenging environment. Lots of opportunity for anyone willing to dig in and make a difference.

    Cons

This is a software development company at heart and so they are really focused on building the platform and core applications. They are less interested in developing their professional services organization which is problematic for those working for that portion of the business.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to you professional services organization. There are great resources with exceptional talent and experience working in and with large organizations which can provide the basis for building solutions for global enterprises beyond ITSM.

    Pros

Work from home (in Professional Services)
Never had a bonus not come through at near 100%.
I've received significant pay increases in my 2+ years at ServiceNow

    Cons

Work from home (yep here too).
Responsible for much of your own growth and development.
Work-Life balance is very difficult to manage AND be successful.

    Advice to Management

Give employees regular feedback and invest in training and non-billable growth opportunities.

    Pros

Nice MACBOOK and free snacks. They do have a generous PTO policy if you are lucky enough to take time off. Nice modern offices. Also most of the positive reviews are fake they ask everyone on their first day to write one so of course you will say nice things and the other reviews are by the recruiting team.

    Cons

Stress, drama, political, games, lack of culture, MAJOR lack of process. HR, not sure we even have HR just a bunch of recruiters. Seriously, this place is a complete and utter nightmare, there is no process for firing people its all by the seat of your pants and happens regularly. Save yourself from the biggest mistake of your life. Massive amounts of managers/directors and such, all clueless and making life miserable for everyone who actually knows whats going on. Keeps getting worse. Lots of people leaving, revolving door.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees, break down the cliques and social circles. Oh yeah, and bring back Friday lunches it was the best thing we had.

I have been working at ServiceNow full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

New building, nice MacBook computer. OK salary & benefits.
They make the employees write fake glassdoor reviews.

    Cons

Leadership is bad, they are always on edge and fearful of getting fired. They dont really know what they are doing.
Turnover, no culture, they will work you hard with no value, everyone is replaceable. Ive seen so many people quit or get fired. Constant chaos due to frequent management turnover. The make employees write these nice reviews on Glassdoor so they can keep hiring. I have been in customer support for several year. We had the BEST Support Manager this place has ever seen and he just "disappeared" one day last year and things still are not as good as they were. Not sure why he left, it seemed political as he was doing great things for the teams and employees were happy. Now everyone wants out of support as fast as they can. There are a few females in the support leadership at a director level that are completely unstable and always running around the office literally screaming. My stock is just about 100% vested and leaving BTW this is the trend.

    Advice to Management

Disassemble your cliques and boys clubs.
