    Pros

Impressive list of customers. Able to work remote if not on the delivery team. Smart people that want to make an impact.

    Cons

Leadership has put the company in a constant state of turnaround. No clear vision. Only the inner circle has input and visibility into the strategy and there is no transparency- causing individuals to constantly walk on eggshells which has squelched creativity entirely.

    Advice to Management

Set a clear, compelling vision. Allow ideas outside the inner circle to meet the light of day. Reward risk takers!

    I worked at ServiceSource full-time

    Pros

Youthful teams, lots of camaraderie, a lot of attempts to be a cool, fun place to work.

    Cons

I was at the company the quarter before the ipo, and it was awesome. I was still learning my role, but my team hit its number, and we all went out on the town on company expense. Beer o'clock was a neat bonus, and the sales and team bonuses were not massive, but were regular. That cool fun company that treats its employees well...slowly disappears each quarter past the IPO. No more outings for a team hitting its number, bonuses started having "gotcha clauses" that were never outlined in advance...

Someone else on here said your experience has everything to do with your manager. If you work for a great manager, the company is fine/ok. If your manager is only mediocre, the place becomes a drag. That was definitely my experience.

    Advice to Management

Train your managers and pay your bonuses (or get rid of the program).

I have been working at ServiceSource full-time

    Pros

Exposure to top management, internal promotion and growth opportunities, casual attire (for most teams), fun and energetic culture

    Cons

The company's future financial outlook isn't great. The HR page says they provide tuition assistance for continuing education, but it's really management's discretion, so don't count on it.

    Advice to Management

Growth is great, but costs grow too. Focus on profitability to attract investment and talent.

    I worked at ServiceSource full-time

    Pros

The people (coworker / teammates), companies you get to work with, and location of office

    Cons

They allow anyone to become a team lead manager which sometimes equates to a very unqualified boss, horrible work / life balance, not much room for growth, and overall, do not appreciate their employees

    Advice to Management

Listen to comments and needs from work force

    Pros

Great coaching and development. You can learn a lot about the world of renewals and managers are very open to getting you to a different role or helping you move towards overall career goals.

    Cons

Depends a lot on what team you're on. If you're on one with frustrating people or a difficult client it can be a drag to go to work. Pay is not great across the board either.
