    Pros

    Work facilities are very nice and very updated. Some of the employees can be very nice, sociable and very supportive.

    Cons

    No performance appraisals. Impose their political views on employees. What they say is their values and principals is not always the case.

    I have been working at Services Group of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    In the end, there is very little to praise. They have free soda. The facility is nice. The gym is free.

    Cons

    There is little camaraderie, do to high stress and paranoia. The tension in the air is horrible. Communication was almost non existant. The leadership program they bought was anything but a leadership program. We are now micromanaged by so many processess it's hard to get anything done.

    Advice to Management

    Lead and respect you smart people, and stop promoting the mediocre ones

    Flexible schedules and low supervision.

    Cons

    Low wages and little room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Value all employees, no matter what position they hold. If you want to retain employees, offer a competetive wage.
