    I have been working at Servicom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    One good thing about Servicom is that they do normally have a great amount of overtime oppertunities for employees, including trainees.

    Cons

    The people in this place are rude and obnoxious. This is not my typical career choice. I would not recommend

    free Walmart gift cards to get you to work OT(gift cards were unreported)

    Cons

    Management is terrible no communication or consistency. Completely unprofessional atmosphere supervisors would scream and yell and threaten all the time, holding of breaks and lunches to make line, unsafe parking lot-drive by paintball gun shooting, vermin on premises (bedbugs)-this was documented. Terrible training, constant write ups. You were put on a final for the smallest things- no coaching. Ghetto atmosphere. No hiring standards at all if you weren't a murderer you were hired.Low pay, constant payroll errors, never given stats to see if you were on track for bonuses.In general a very unprofessional place to work HUGE turnover in management from site manager to supervisors and leads.

    Advice to Management

    stop using threats and punishment to get agents to do a good job. pay more. Hire qualified people not just bodies. Stop threatening agents provide better coaching if a problem

    I enjoy providing great customer service to clients/customers

    Cons

    The abuse you take from clients and customers while still delivering great customer service.

    Advice to Management

    Conceive it, believe it and you will achieve it. Our job as management is to make sure that all reps have product knowledge.

    Pay was standard with incentives and overtime was good

    Very disorganized, unhealthy immature staff

    Listen to employed, restructure, hire more effectively

    Pros

    Company has continous growth with current clients and new ones being added. Promotion opportunities are always opening up.

    Cons

    Benefits need to improve as this is the main weak issue for most employees

    As company grows improve the benefits and Servicom will be the employer of choice.

    Some great coworkers and supervisors

    Cons

    Too many young people with bad attitudes and inflated egos Some are promoted to support positions out of favoritism not by performance. While work avoidance runs amok. Basically the only way to survive at this nonsense of an establishment is to run under the radar until you find other employment.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people based on skill. Promote options to retain employees consistent enforcement of policies get nepotism out and promote people who demonstrate integrity kindness and great attitude.

    i loved most of the people i worked with they were very bright and happy people. made coming to work a very worhtwil time

    Cons

    having to take very unpleasent calls holding breaks to make numbers and over all not working with employees shifts this company is about the company not the employees

    Pros

    Easy hire process, Servicom has no structure for whom they hire, so long as you can speak you to could have a job with this company

    Cons

    Lack of proper management & poor upper management, no regards for security within the auditing department, complete lack of PCI compliance, Auditing staff playing on personal cell phones while supposedly performing job duties, hard to perform proper PCI compliance while biggest task being performed is playing on the cell phone.

    Advice to Management

    Complete lack of proper business tactics. This company needs a complete overhaul in regards to management.

    Pros

    bonus checks were great, when i hit plan.
    winning extra breaks and paid time off.
    managment MUCH better now then it was when i worked there before, specially the hr guy.
    good co-workers.
    fun place to work.

    Cons

    you only get noticed when you are doin really good in sales.
    base pay should be higher and commision should NOT be changed.
    strickt attedence policy!

    this place has really been cleaned up. keep it that way.
