    Pros

    Great place to start. Smiles. Go abroad once a year is fun.

    Cons

    Salary is low. Management won't talk to you. Seems like a fraternity and their HR department is terrible.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees sometime and be respectful no matter how high up you are.

    High salary, food and transportation compensation, corporate pension program and insurance programs for the employee (travel and life)

    Cons

    Strict dress code - you have to wear costume 4 days a week, but on Fridays you may wear something casual but with long sleeves.

    friendly staff and management. everyone are very helpful and cheerful. good location, not very tireing job. going abroad once a year is great.

    Cons

    going up in position is very hard, because you have to work there minimun 5 years to get promotion. but still there are many other factors what influence promotion.

    Take whole stuff once a year in vacation abroad, not for work

    company is amazing
    great perks and incentives
    head office is modern and very innovative
    very proud of their research and put a lot of emphasis on RxnD

    Cons

    catty sales force
    horrible management, make sure to look out for yourself
    HR is useless

    If you have the same head office mentality as on the field, your employees would be much more productive and you would retain great workers
