I have been working at Servion Global Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have worked for Servion for close to 4 years. Servion provides all the opportunities to explore and excel new professional avenues. We enjoy a good work/Life balance with flexible timings and work from home option.

My career has thrived here and helped me advance my career.

    Cons

Environment could be over competitive and where there are people, there is politics. Yet there are a lot of opportunities if you know how to handle people well.

    Advice to Management

Great management. Project Managers and Senior Managers need to step up a little more though....

I worked at Servion Global Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1) Good place to start your career, specially if you'd like to gain a foothold in the Contact center space, specially Cisco. I can vouch if you are in projects, managed services not so sure.
    2) The unsystematic work culture, extended long hours, lack of modus operandi will enure you have great opportunity to lay your hands of different technologies be it UCCE, IPT, VXML stuff etc if you are a Cisco engineer.

    Cons

    1) IMHO be prepared to be a victim of politics, not that this is to defame them but most who have worked here and left the organization for better opportunities will agree.
    2) Nexus of old timers will more often than not make your voice go unheard, even if your discussions make sense.
    3) Lack of project planning by PM's always ensured cut throat timelines for implementation, throw in some sleepless nights as well before cutover. Back in the days we used to joke about it "While other teams (sales/presales) bought time, we fought time".
    4) To add to point 3, PM's play a huge part in deciding your annual performance so heads they win, tails you loose :)..

    Advice to Management

Pls read all the reviews posted here, might give great feedback to lay down new process.
