    Pros

    Nice atmosphere with very friendly people. Exciting job if your a people person.

    Cons

    Job lasted, 7 years until bought out by Swissport.

    Advice to Management

    Unfortunately we are all gone and Corporate office in Houston,Texas has closed for good!

    I worked at Servisair part-time

    Pros

    Provided shirts and offered a jacket that I never did receive.

    Cons

    Very unorganized, the paperwork process was a mess, I always had to come into the office to submit the same documents.

    Advice to Management

    no advice is useful now that they were bought out by Swissport.

    Pros

    There was a lot of overtime. and management seemed to be flexible with schedule.

    Cons

    Low pay with no career development nor advancement. Dead end job.

    Provide employees more options for movement within the company.

    Interacting with the customers at the airport very easy job

    Cons

    Sometimes hard to work with employees because they don't always follow the rules are listen to someone under their age that's a supervisor

    Learned to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

    Management often slacked off, yelled at others to pick up the pace, and made errors on paperwork requiring correction.

    Great team work at this location,only 1 or 2 people who slow down the operation

    No advancement opportunity at this location,high turn around rate,lack of benefits due to just being a contract ground handler,on low side of pay compared to other airlines/ground handling companies
