    Pros

    Nice atmosphere with very friendly people. Exciting job if your a people person.

    Cons

    Job lasted, 7 years until bought out by Swissport.

    Advice to Management

    Unfortunately we are all gone and Corporate office in Houston,Texas has closed for good!

    Pros

    There was a lot of overtime. and management seemed to be flexible with schedule.

    Cons

    Low pay with no career development nor advancement. Dead end job.

    Advice to Management

    Provide employees more options for movement within the company.

    Interacting with the customers at the airport very easy job

    Sometimes hard to work with employees because they don't always follow the rules are listen to someone under their age that's a supervisor

    Great team work at this location,only 1 or 2 people who slow down the operation

    No advancement opportunity at this location,high turn around rate,lack of benefits due to just being a contract ground handler,on low side of pay compared to other airlines/ground handling companies

    Pros

    Flexible when it came to work.

    Cons

    No real benefits outside experience. Conditions are bad. Only paid $9.00/hr. Issues getting parking decal made it take longer than necessary to clock in and leave. Not all personnel were professional. Conditions were meh. Wasn't always given the full amount of money worked. Mostly work. Little to no time to do much outside of work.

    Pros

    Keep yyor head up mind your business and do your work. This way no one messes with you, as far as management.

    Cons

    You do great work as expected and barely get rewarded but the ones that dont get all the glory and recognition.

    Advice to Management

    Stop being soo bipolar, and be an actual manager and above all conduct yourselves in a professional manner.
