    Pros

Job Opportunities and growth might be the only thing

    Cons

Definitely need to work more on Management and how they deal with people. They are new in the market and they don't know how to act or interact in interview or former employees. Unfortunately working for a company like this is just not a good work life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Need better communication

I worked at Servpro Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - The other technicians I worked with were very interesting and on a whole mostly very nice people that I got along with. We often had a good comradery despite the mostly awful work and pay.

    Cons

-Very poorly managed by the owner. He has little to no clue what he is actually doing and it shows plain as day. He is as spineless as a jelly fish and will as slippery as one too. He loves to talk endlessly to attempt to project an aura of intelligence, but he is never intelligent enough to notice that everyone around him just wants him to shut up so they can do their job.
-All the project managers on staff with the sole exception of one were self serving egotistical sorry excuses for human lifeforms. These people basically have complete control over your success or failure at this place and if they decide they don't like you for whatever reason (which more often than not they will as they even talk about each other behind each others backs to other staff members) you will be treated badly and will never earn praise no matter how much good you do.
-Severe lack of proper training and proper tools to get jobs done. This place is very cheap and would rather you break your back than spend a couple extra bucks to make the jobs more efficient as well as less physically taxing.

    Advice to Management

There is no point in ever even attempting to give advice to the management at this location because they will never listen as they already know it all.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Servpro Industries full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pros with the company at all

    Cons

Miss appropriation of funds, terrible wages, lack of benefits and incentives. Equipment is out of date most of it is end of life and not under warranty. High turnover rate for employees due to wage and hour discrepancies.

    Advice to Management

Needs new management and ownership. The supervisor does more management than the manager. Needs to send appropriate staff to classes and schooling. IE. IICRC which is the course for basic Water Mitigation.

Relaxed environment, most people were nice to work with

    Cons

No room for advancement, raises are small and few and far between
