    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Sessoms & Rogers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is enough work to keep you busy. There are opportunities to contribute talents to the work environment.

    Cons

There is no room for growth and the work is the same everyday. If you are someone who needs to be challenged on a daily basis do not work for this firm. The firm does not determine salary on talent or contributions to the firm.

    Advice to Management

Put in place a training program for employees to improve job skills and knowledge of the industry and move up in the firm.

I have been working at Sessoms & Rogers full-time

    Pros

Co-workers in general are great to work with and fun making it worth while to be there. Understanding of personal situations people have that come up. Flexible hour possibilities.

    Cons

Wages aren't livable wages at least not for some. No room for true growth, difference in pay from one position to the next isn't substantial or worth the move. Have seen questionable favoritism at times and heard of worse.

    Advice to Management

Rules the same across the board for everybody including management and those close to management. Employees need to be able to live from what they're paid, maybe there's a way to accomplish that that should be truly looked into.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Sessoms & Rogers full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule and a casual work environment.

    Cons

Benefits are being cut and there is a lot of pressure due to the firm's poor financial performance. Management doesn't always set clear expectations for staff. No real growth opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Clearer, more consistent expectations. Better leadership through tough times.
