You will meet some amazing people and definitely wonderful children.
Cons
You will also have to deal with very difficult personalities, bullies, double standards and very low pay. Lots of pressure to work loads of extra, often unpaid, overtime.

Pros
This is a teaching/lab school and there are opportunities for training within Montessori. The philosophy is very strong here and one of the best in the area/possibly the state.
Cons
The pay is not enough for someone who does not have a secondary income. It is great if you don't have to pay rent or bills. The average teacher/assistant does not make enough to afford things that they need.
