    Pros

The world is literally your customer; you help those travelling with the assurance of knowing that they have coverage if their trip does not quite go as expected.

    Cons

Every insurance company has certain challenges. Educating policy holders in regards to what their policy covers would be a big help; travelling insurance is much different from health insurance.

    Advice to Management

    Keep hiring good employees!

I have been working at Seven Corners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The culture at Seven Corners is unbelievable. Everyone is genuine, kind, and willing to help. The management is encouraging, upbeat, and a pleasure to work for. The people here really care.

    Cons

Because Seven Corners is a fairly new company in the grand scheme of things and is smaller, processes in hiring, training, and other internal processes can feel muddied.

    Advice to Management

Making onboarding and production metrics more clear and readily available would tremendous for us goal oriented people. Having more direction on my development plan or help establishing this company's means of networking would be great.

I have been working at Seven Corners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone has the opportunity to make an impact. New ideas are welcomed, and the new focus is encouraging. The company is full of smart, hard working professionals who collaborate and are working towards a common goal. Work environment is casual and flexible. The investment in the culture and employee development is real and impactful.

    Cons

Growing pains do exist as the company transforms its culture and business strategy. The desire to move quickly into new territory can be frustrating for some who prefer more predictable work environments.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course, continue to invest in your people and focus on innovating and executing the plan. So much opportunity is ahead as the transformation becomes reality.
