I worked at Seven Seven Softwares part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed working with my team mates there as we shared the same passion. Pay was good but benefits, you get the basic ones - really basic ones.

    Cons

Management doesn't have a clue on what they are doing. Hours were grueling. They dont care for employees much. They only cared for profit - on how much you are and your contribution to their profit.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees.
