The people I'm surrounded by are the perfect mix of hilarious and hard-working.
They're always happy to help. We truly have a team environment you won't find in many other businesses.
Flexible upper management, so you don't feel like a criminal for having a doctor's appointment.
They are respectful of your life outside of work.

Lots of snacks, but healthier options would be great!
We do better than most companies, so I really can't complain.
Advice to Management
Keep improving the office space and stay eager to learn about your employees and what's important to them.

Pros
Always has snacks and drinks.
Cons
As a UX Designer, I found it very difficult to express my creativity without it being driven in a different direction. The CEO and the CTO do not understand the time and appreciation of user research. They expect you to flush out wire frames and comps in a short time frame as well as work on multiple projects. I heard through a few other designers that this place was a bad environment for designers but I ignored it. I should have listened to my gut feeling. I must say I did get to work on some cool stuff while I was there, they just didn't get a chance to be developed based upon over bidding the jobs. All in all this place is not a good environment. They have no design lead so they use the CTO as a development manager and a design manager which in my experience is horrible. They paid very well though.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the CTO he has ruined everything since he gotten there.
