Pros
The company had great potential and the relationships built there were second to none.
Cons
Not really competitive in pay and most of the higher up positions were held by people of none color.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Working with the people we serve, their families and dedicated DSP make going to work a wonderful experience.
Cons
The company has a wonderful mission statement that would impress anyone that had never heard of them. Those of us that have know this to be untrue. Management will hire anyone and 'weed out those not suited for the work' later which puts a huge burden on the other staff and also jeopardizes the health and safety of the people we serve. Upper management promotes people to lower management positions that are grossly under qualified so they do not have to pay a reasonable wage. Staff concerns are ignored and going up the chain of command is frowned upon internally.

Pros
You can work a million hours a week if you want to, because they can't keep staff.
Cons
Uses people up and throws them away while paying fast food wages and benefits that are impossible to afford on the wage they pay. Ungodly hours.

Pros
Clients! I could put more pros in but how the staff are treated there is not much to put here. I have worked with many places over the last 20 years and this is by far the worst.
Cons
Let's start with CEO AND upper management. Upper management and CEO are the only ones who get any kind of pay increase. Floor staff and Program management both have very low wage for the job and legal responsibility's. Most staff who I have spoken to have not received a pay increase for up to 5 years. Health benefits are standard. Company has gone Public but does not give back to the employees. PTO: PTO is earned from the time you start but it is useless due to having to find your own coverage. Goes this not defeat the purpose of PAID TIME OFF! Advancement: Unless you're in the current management teams inner circle, don't bother applying. This does not go for all areas, I can only speak for eastern Wisconsin.
