- Former Intern★★★★★
Pros
Great company, great people and amazing opportunities to continue growing
Cons
Nothing comes to mind for me.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
The people I worked alongside in the plant were like family. Competitive pay.
Cons
New management is quick to make decisions that affect production and reprimand workers when orders are not shipped on time due to these decisions. Orders arrive faster than equipment is able to produce. No promotions from within. High turnover rate for temporary workers. Calls throughout the night when workers were not compensated to be on call. Outdated equipment. Difficult to balance work and personal time. Large orders sometimes due with less than 48 hour notice.

Process Development Intern
Aug 4, 2016 - Process Development Intern in Newark, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The work was engaging and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. From the operators to the CEO you knew the company had a strong tie and set of family values. I never felt underappreciated, even as an intern. I stayed in touch with my mentors and supervisor after the end of my summer.
Cons
The pay was a little below average for the full-time offer and as an intern. Unfortunately, there was no established intern program, but my supervisor did a solid job of giving me a rough idea. There didn't feel like there was much room for movement or upward mobility if I wanted to go full-time.

Sep 4, 2014 - Analytical Lab in Newark, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Funny and smart people work in the plant and analytical departments. Small enough company where you get to explore most of the departments for your own growth.
Cons
The Intern program was very poorly planned. Too much politics and bias from the front office negatively impacts peoples' choices. Bad communication on deadlines and protocols.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
3 days on 4 days off 4 days on 3 days off
Cons
HR guy has no backbone so you work with slugs. They promote the worst of the worst.
