    Pros

Sharethrough University for new employees, 2 lunches and 2 breakfasts a week. The culture is pretty cool, normal start up. Fun people and cute dogs they bring to the office. The co-founders Dan & Ron are smart, innovative and very approachable.

    Cons

People have titles that don't line up with their experience. They're promoted because they're someone's favorite person.

    Advice to Management

You should always assess how happy the employees are with their compensation and their current role. Are they satisfied with the work they're doing?

I have been working at Sharethrough full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

An industry leading product backed by thought leadership and research. Culture is amazing, awesome training and a ton of really smart, hard working people. Co-founders are actively engaged, accessible and approachable. Transparency and communication between offices and departments are top notch. There are a ton of resources here, in both people and materials, and everything is so well organized. They really invest in talent and people and it shows. A truly wonderful place I feel lucky to work at!

    Cons

Some of the offices are smaller, so if you're used to working in a huge office it might not be the right fit, unless you like smaller settings.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing and Sharethrough will continue to be an employer of choice for years to come.

I have been working at Sharethrough full-time

    Pros

Very intelligent people to surround yourself with as well as a very fast-moving company environment that is constantly looking to smash quarterly goals.

    Cons

Not many cons to think of - maybe that there is constantly a new business goal that isn't necessarily communicated company wide.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your current employees as there are some very brilliant minds in the company that are able to achieve a lot.

I have been working at Sharethrough full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Great company culture. Core values expressed and used to drive the company.
    - Really smart co-workers, though of the practical variety rather than those who write complicated code just for the sake of being clever. I have a ton of respect for the work they produce.
    - Interesting and more modern tech stack than my previous jobs.
    - Engineering practices and tech enabling us to have a Continuous Deployment pipeline we have confidence in, both at the time of deployment and as our apps run with meaningful real-time monitoring.
    - Company organisation that emphasises servant leadership and a focus on the products rather than a corporate hierarchy. Quarterly planning meetings take input from everyone in the company which the department heads then figure out we have capacity to take on.
    - We know how to have fun. Quarterly offsites, game nights, holiday parties, the occasional movie night. Expert work from our event coordinator.

    Cons

    - Not enough engineers on some teams to do everything we want to do.
    - The SF office was crowded when I started and only getting worse, though we are slated to move into a new place 02-2016.

    Advice to Management

    - Continue to be mindful of our values as we grow. Many of the large corporations seem to follow patterns out of tradition which I'd consider harmful to both the employees and the company itself.
