I worked at Sharp Memorial Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sharp has great benefits and of course there are great people.

    Cons

There is definitely an "old guard" mentality which causes known issues not to be fixed. This causes conflict between staff members & management. Upper management only perpetuates the old guard mentality.

    Advice to Management

Listen and take action. Sharp could be such an amazing place with outstanding patient care if action was taken when employees voice their opinions. Especially when multiple employees are voicing the same opinion.
