    Most staff are top notch , working life and balance are good, training is available for those in need, benefits are good

    Cons

    Senior management. Some bullying, some with no leadership skills, some think more of their own abilities then they should. Not much for accountability.

    Advice to Management

    Start a top down cleansing of leadership.
