I have been working at Shaw Communications (More than 5 years)

    Pros

One of the reasons to work at Shaw is the benefits package. We receive a discounted rate for TV, internet, and phone.

    Cons

One of the downsides with working at Shaw is change. It seems as if every year there is a change in structure.

    Advice to Management

My advice to Management would to try to cut down on the amount of money wasted. There is a basketball court not in use, and a pool like structure that has no use.
