    Pros

    Family culture. If you fit in you are brought under their wing. Many leaders do actually care about you and your development.

    Cons

    Still very much old boys club at the top. Constant power struggles. Can't figure out organizational issues and attempts to fix them with predictable annual restructures. Not as much job security as you think. Doesn't really learn from their mistakes.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Actually get out and build relationships with them. Live into the values you say we're moving towards....walk the talk.
