    Pros

    Great people who love what they do. Many has worked there for several years. Shaw's is also a very good first time job and a retirement job. Loved working their.

    Cons

    Like most Supermarket they are apart of the union.

    The people and the atmosphere are great. The people I worked with were great. My manager was awesome.

    Cons

    Some of the customers can be rude. Some people you work with can be rude. Some managers aren't that nice.

    mothers hours and night shift for mothers

    Cons

    Mgmt is demanding and overwork employees, Never enough employees working. Minimum wage. Uniform is very hot in the summer

    Pros

    Customers were great. Environment was awesome

    Cons

    Management were not very good. The scheduling was very different. Management talked to you outside of office

    Advice to Management

    Take a refresher course on customer service. Most days when you talk to your cashiers especially on express lanes, you go
