I have been working at Shearer's Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Many positive people in leadership. It's clear that they care about employees - even with their benefit package. I love working for a company where I can be proud of who we are and even see OUR products that we make at the grocery store or gas station. It's amazing to know how many different products that we make that I've been eating all along.

    Cons

I don't have any cons at this time. Great pay, great benefits and I can see that the company is growing.

    Advice to Management

Keep being open with communication to your employees.

I worked at Shearer's Foods full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have above average starting wage.

    Cons

Everything else. This place is horrid to work for. Nothing but dishonesty spewed to its floor workers.

    Advice to Management

How about you treat your employees like people instead of like something you can just throw away once you have used up any ounce of work out of them.
