    Pros

Plenty of overtime work, company pays for $3.00 worth of breakfast lol. Helpful coworkers make it easy to learn and progress when starting the job.

    Cons

Working in hot weather with the fiber glass liner harsh for skin. During overtime days one half hour break is rough doing a twelve hour day.

    Advice to Management

Employess that work hard should be paid fairly

    Pros

The benefits and the pay are great. The job responsibilities are realistic and sometimes enjoyable. I never get bored with one job because everyday is a different task.

    Cons

Some of the downsides are the work can sometimes be overbearing and scarce. The hot summer months and the bone chilling winters are definitely something you cant get use to when working outside.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes its easier to train someone with little or no experience verses someone with experience and set in their ways.

    Pros

Good pay work is fairly steady. The ONLY trade that takes a raw material and produces a finished product. Usually work most of the year.

    Cons

Poopy insurance, management tells you they do things In your best interest and frequently lies. Layoffs in the winter. Bosses can tend to be morons.

    Pros

The best reason to work for them is that you have opportunity of being properly trained; working your way up to being a jouneyman and getting top pay for what you do. It does not stop there you further your training through the JATC. One also does get health insurance, retirement, and a 401K.

    Cons

The only cons are really on oneself; such as attitude, personal responsibility, etc. The tools are given to each and every individual. It's up to them to make a go at it. This a type of work, like anything else, that is not for everybody.

    Advice to Management

The management of the local is comprised of elected officials. They do something the membership does not like, and they could be voted out.
