    Pros

Sheetz offers a lot of company benefits and provides a lot of training so you feel comfortable with the position you're in.

I worked at Sheetz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I was appreciated for what I did and I felt like I was accomplishing something. I liked most of my coworkers and upper management was kind. I got quarterly bonuses and raises.

    Cons

I felt like I was being pulled in a million different ways at once.

I got sexually harassed by a coworker and nothing happened to him. He continued to pursue me post employment. Lots of shift wars too.

    Advice to Management

Pay better attention to the stress management of your employees.
