    Pros

    Benefits and networking opportumities are great. Nice company to work for if you enjoy a variety of tasks and compliance with excisting company policies.

    Cons

    Hierarchical and noninclusive when it comes to engaging employees at all levels, and in particulat manager charged with implementing processes that the leadership team has decided to roll out.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more opportunity for employee input into decision making processes

    Pros

    Great work environment, with great cultural of people. Safety is a primary concern around the campus. A lot of team building and meetings are held at the facilities.

    Cons

    The traveling can be a possible con depending upon the person.

    Continue to empower the employees and spread a culture of growth and innovation within the company.

    Meeting new people, Learning new things.

    Cons

    Owner was up and down with her emotions and giving all the emploees a hard time. Intimidating us in a way. Only gave me two days of training.

    Advice to Management

    Be more sensitive to new non experience employees's and give them two weeks of training to get a hold of the store's tasks and duties.

    Pros

    Challenging work and interesting solutions are listened to. Working environment is good. Pay is fair for the times. GOM is holding its own now.

    Cons

    Outsourcing hovers all the time. Doing more with less people is the cry now, except when you are a low paid overseas workers.

    Advice to Management

    Please stop outsourcing US jobs

    Above average pay for work. Team leaders and co-workers were great to work for.

    Middle and upper management tend to micro-manage without fully understanding specific job priorities and protocols.

    Pros

    Company gives high regard for employees safety at all times. Employee value proposition is one of the best in the market. Just ensure you make yourself always marketable even inside the company. Bonuses are still given even during oil market is down.

    Cons

    In a move to recover capex, recent cost cutting measures are somewhat overboard - or maybe this only impacts some functions.

    Besides the main intern project, give something thats a team/group effort. Helps with interaction and team building skills
