    Absolutely mind boggeling and unhealthy work culture, office politics, and lack of ethics.

    You are in a difficult place where everyone around you is complacent and fears change...so nothing will change

    Good company, benefits, retirement plan, and company environment. Schedule are flexible. Technical services department are not good with training. Better for Geoacientist careers

    Progression is slow. Need at least 4-years in a position

    Pay doesn't compare to smaller operators like BHP or Hess, and too many people trying to be chiefs and not enough Indians
