- good environment - emphasize for WLB but this is depends to the team culture

Shell is a good place to work but depends your line manager and people surrounded you. - Pay not competitive as other MNC - Slow career progress (have to wait 4 years for promotion)

Fun and vibrant environment to work

Too much reorg and no clear direction. Some times even the line managers are not clear on the priorities and ask to prioritise everything and ended up with unreasonable workload
