Pros
People are nice and friendly.
Cons
The application process was very time-consuming and the salary is not as good as other oil and gas companies. The interns are assessed based on their projects instead of comprehensive skills. (many interns failed their assessment at Shell but it doesnt means they are not great workers.) My mentor and supervisor did not provide constructive feedback during my internship.
