Shell has a very good brand value and they maintain a very good working environment. The work life balance is pretty good and they take extra care for female employees. Salary is also decent. You will have lots of things to learn from their vast spread businesses.
Cons
Their is almost no facilities. Even the parental Mediclaim policy is crazy expensive. Also the variable part of the salary is quite high and it depends on company performance. So high chances that you might loose a substantial amount of money. Also they maintain designations which does not make any sense. There are many people with designation of business analyst are actually 2 level higher in the organization from people having designations Senior team manager. This creates lots of confusion with in and outside market.
