I worked at Sheridan College (Canada) full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Used to be an excellent employer. Steady downhill progression.

    Cons

Bad Upper Management - has been horrible for several years. Last President (Zabudsky) ran for Middle East. Interim since then. New President unknown quantity. Profs leaving - mass exodus. Claim for creativity - none permitted.

    Advice to Management

Clean house and replace. You are ruining what used to be an excellent place to work.
