I have been working at Sheridan Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

growth opportunity, travel, flexibility. Staff is nice and they offer continual education classes. They want to be better, and are constantly trying to improve operations but can be painstaking at times.

    Cons

There is lack of training and a lack of structure at times. Sometimes it seems a bit all over the place but it is the same at every large corporation it seems. Pay is kind of low.

    Advice to Management

Training new hires needs improvement. Instead of hiring so many people it would be nice to see people be developed. "More brains less bodies" is how I refer to it.

    Pros

    good people to work with

    Cons

unappreciated, forgotten, HR focuses on HR only, harrassement from management, long hours, lowest pay in industry for corporate employees, threatened by director, managers and up get paid plus more, poor management, high school click, uneducated managers, favor spanish and ethnic people, no growth or appreciation for tenured legacy employees, unappreciated

    Advice to Management

get a clue, come down from the top and see how poorly you treat employees who keep you living a lavish lifestyle, pay your people first, eliminate bad managers, have employees evaluate management at ALL levels, care about people or risk losing more good employees and money in keeping incompetence over quality.
