    I worked at Sherwin-Williams full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good work life balance
One day work from home per week
    Work is appreciated by management.
    Very productive and goal focused.
    Especially great for beginners.
    No lay off heard.

    Cons

    Not flexible enough.
Inspite of the heavy snow Cleveland gets, they never offered work from home on these days.
Many unwanted managers lying around, who don't even have people under them to manage. Where as in some teams, you are a senior developer for last 8 years and you still are. Management has to get more effective.
