    I worked at Sherwin-Williams part-time

    Pros

Part-time employees can participate in 401k.

    Cons

    Poor Management and work environment.

    Advice to Management

Upper Management needs to come in and take control of this office. There is no professionalism, and poor behavior is ignored and accepted, and that is why the good employees leave. Someone needs to realize that hiring current employees: Blood relatives, friends and neighbors, is not a good idea.
