Shift smart allows me to choose my shift..enabling me to accomplish all my errands and fulfill monetary obligations..ie rent,. Utilities ect. Great job. Great pay. I love it! Perfect job for me! I hope to work with this company a very long time!

Cons

Lately work with Kwick shops. Seems to be dying out as we are no longer needed. But I am hopeful that my work will speak for me and allow me other opportunities with this company.

The culture is workaholism. People are expected to work extremely long hours under the guise of "start up culture." "Unlimited PTO" but no available bandwidth to take time off. Goalposts change rather rapidly.

The app needs some work. Sometimes it will show that your not at the location when you are. This is some updating on the app that needs to be done. I know because my sister was a website designer. She designed apps too. The app requires maintenance always.

I liked my job and I enjoyed my hours.

You bust your butt working for them, and they turn on you without a second look. I was working for them everyday, I was putting in a lot of hours. I was even working off the clock to get the job done. And all my superiors were fine with that. Just as long as they new what was going on. But when they switched handlers which they do that quite often. They sent some girl to help me set a house up. And I said if they wanted that was fine but I was almost done. The girl took a long time to get there by the time she got there I was already cleaning up. So she got mad because she drove from Richmond and I was almost done. So she told them I was living in the house I was setting up. And they just believed her. Said they were sending someone to go check the house and if any of my belongings were in it I should tell them now. I said go check it because the girl was lying. Then they said I was in the house without authorization. I sent them emails showing the corresponding emails and text messages from my supervisors and I. Stating I had authorization to be in the house.. because the supervisor game me the door code.. And that wasn't good enough. They just took me off the platform didn't pay me what they owed me. And never responded to me again.
