    Pros

Progressive and leading edge, great training programs, professional, challenging work environment. Stimulating product and industry. Nice facility and good benefits.

    Cons

A little too careless of the workforce, work people hard and let them go easily. No value for seniority and knowledge base, high turnover with contingent labor causes lot of retraining and stress

    Advice to Management

Care more for people and invest in retaining the workforce and rewarding them appropriately and don't treat as a disposable resource.
