    Pros

    Lunch coupon, matching 401k, great health insurance (covers entire family member with low deduction).

    Cons

    The system/computer program is extremely manual. Needs system development.

    Advice to Management

    The senior management should be people who are from the US, not ones from Korea (do not know much about American banking system).

    Pros

    Good health benefits, hours at work are stable 9-5, job was not difficult, pay is good.

    Cons

    lack of diversity in coworkers/ customers. Not a lot of career opportunities due to small size of the company in the U.S.

    Pros

    Easy duties.
    No pressure.
    Nothings really hard other than dealing with korean old management.

    Cons

    Minimum wage. Extreamely stingy about wages and bonuses.
     Inefficiency of the company operation.
    If you dont know how to deal with old korean ppl, just dont.

    Advice to Management

    Think about economy of scale. And pay if you want something from your employees. This is america

    Stability and Stability. That's all. Sorry. Don't waste your time here. I wish I can write pros. But truly none.

    Everything.
    I don't know who well you are educated but you don't have a right to tell me I'm not smart enough. You are not in South Korea. You don't have a right to give me an lecture.

    You are not in South Korea. Wake up!
