Being remote means it takes effort to get to know other employees and feel connected - it's not as easy as sitting next to people in an office Constant change and growth can feel overwhelming at times Working with teams across the world can make communication and scheduling meetings difficult

- great work life balance - bonus' every quarter based on performance - weekly check in's with manager and director every 2 weeks or so - great accountability and team mindset - humble and wise leadership - fiscally conservative and transparent about daily numbers and goals - supported in tough situations (internally and externally) - room to grow and carve a path in the direction you want to go - open communication - Benefits are GREAT 6% increase in base salary at 6 months after I performed at 200% during peak -They are open to ideas and standardization!

- I took a 10k pay cut to come work here knowing/hoping it would pay off and will know soon once we discuss my title change for my new department and compensation at my 1 year No cons!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company they treat their employees fairly and investigate issues when they arise . They listen and acknowledge their employees feedback on new ideas or changes that can improve job performance

I feel this company should continue to grow and employ more positive people that enjoy working for Shipbob as a temp employee or permanent employees that can continue working together to satisfy their clients everyday needs regardless of the high Volume of orders.

Interview went quick. TA was super helpful. Virtual with the regional director was very laid back. The on-site meet and greet was very informative in how they operate. Great experience.

ShipBob has been a great place for me as I have made my transition into a new career. They have worked hard to give me proper training. They have been patient with me. They have invested in training. I have felt like a part of the team, and it has been such a relief. So glad I joined ShipBob.

Cons

Its a newer company, and has all the things you would expect from a start up. Things change fast, but I know that isnt necessarily a bad thing for everyone. But if you are looking for an company that is 100% put together, with systems for everything, ShipBob might not be a perfect fit.

Pros

Unlimited PTO is real. As an account executive I have been able to really profit from successful quarters. Working remotely has been great. Some of the best people I have worked with work here.

Cons

logistics is so hard. You can do everything right and it still goes so wrong. Many factors are out of your control. Leadership hears you but they aren't listening.
