        Easy interview, HR communicates quickly

        Cons

        Do not start here as a new grad. The orientation is not structured at all. At first company seems supportive but if employees and management decide not to like you during orientation they will get together to make up lies and fire you. The preceptors are only looking out for themselves and not you thriving as a nurse and learning. They will fire you off of lies and give you zero explanation other than “you’re...

          Wonderful physicians, such a pleasure to work with many of them.

          Cons

          The new hospital is for patient’s benefits. New office layout for research, etc makes HIPAA a challenge. Much too much work for a FT job with any work-life balance.
