    Pros

Easy job training, great coworkers. Flexible schedule, and always something to do. Great management and customers who frequently come in.

    Cons

You have to deal with rude customers sometimes, it's retail but the coworkers are what make it fun. Not much room for pay raises.

    Advice to Management

Give the employees more benefits, especially the part time employees who might be in school and pursuing an education and degree.

    Pros

In order to be eligile for benefits, one has to be hired into a full time position. Usually, one is hired part time and with experience and luck he or she may be promoted to a full time position. Full time means working at least 32 hours a week (or it may be 31.5 hours if I remember correctly). I have both medical and dental benefits, and I am happy with them and with their cost.

    Cons

Low wages and little pay raises.

    Pros

Friendly environment, flexible hours, management shows care for their employees and it is overall a good first or second job. Highly recommend looking into company for employment.

    Cons

The largest downfall to this company is the pay. As it is a job meant for high school or college students looking for some extra cash the pay is not high enough to stay there long term.
