    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Shook Hardy & Bacon for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours, great name to have on a résumé for when you move on to your next job. Some chances for overtime, depending on how the higher ups value you or what project you're assigned.

    Cons

Extremely dull work. Mostly reading third-party documents and looking for minute details. Isn't something you'll make a career out of. The work environment is super suppressive. You definitely feel/become like a cog in the machine. Not a very personable environment. No paid time off. No sick days.

    Advice to Management

Try to create a more social, personable environment. For a job that requires a JD, perhaps up the hourly pay.
