Pros
This company is locally owned and operated with plenty of business. They are contract based for photographers but even so I was full time with optional overtime if I wanted it. Hours are flexible. You work independently which I really liked.

Real estate agents are INSANE. Some of them are really nice and are a pleasure to work with but ALOT of them are jerks. The front office is extremely busy after the new year up until the holidays and in this time their accuracy is low and they are disorganized in general at this time of year. I know the company is growing and I think it was a great company to work for that's just experiencing some growing pains.
