    2. Ambitious company: the company has huge plans and a clear purpose which is exciting as we are encouraged to be at the forefront of our competition, to help us be world class in whatever we do or whatever role we are in.
    3. Worklife balance: At the Skyways head quarters we have onsite facilities including a gym, health bar and salon!! Which helps take out some of those life chores you would normally need to plan in around your day job.

    Cons

Staff discount - I cant stop shopping!

I worked at Shop Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Managers were nice. 3 breaks on a 8 hour shift. Subsidised canteen for employees. Overtime available.

    Cons

Most employees recruited via agency company blue arrow. Was laid off a soon as low work volumes. No prior warnings that the job was at risk. Some targets were unrealistic.

    Advice to Management

Agency employees must be notified / alerted that their job is at risk due to low work volumes etc so they have to search elsewhere for a job. Need more lockers.

    Pros

    Advice to Management
