Decent schedule, local driving, new equipment

This place is ridiculous micromanagement on every aspect of your job management and supervisors that do not have any previous experience in the departments they manage. Management/supervisors do not take input to improving departments so it will run more efficiently no appreciation whatsoever for any extra effort we’re going above and beyond that you put in they claimed they promote from within and take care of the people that take care of them but they don’t. The best way to get ahead at this company is to have previously worked for one of their competitors. The executive offices will always take management words over employees no matter how much proof you have Showing that you were right and your manager is lying. HR will lie directly to your face when saying things are being taken care of they are looking into problems within the company. Pay raises and reviews are nonexistent here and when you ask when your review will be done your simply blown off as if there’s no concerned them at all

Pros

Excellent executive management team, which leads to a workplace where employees feel valued and appreciated. The atmosphere is more of a family feel than anything else. Work, and a lot of it, just happens to be done here. Excellent company to work for.

Cons

The only true negative for me personally is an extremely long commute. Communication could be a bit better, but not a big issue.
