    Pros

all stores share the same store work flow program. so it's easy to find another shift from different locations.

    Cons

pay is minimal close to 11-13 dollars. not a good job if you looking for real career opportunities.
employee benefit is not great even if you are a full time (only drug plan). lunch room is very basic-table and chairs. not really good environment to work for a long term. good for temporary summer job for students.

    Pros

good benefits / flexible hours / free parking / friendly staff / everyone in one complex- even the vendors casual - not strict dress code

    Cons

too many projects for one manager / micro-managment / team had issues / some people had been promised roles that they worked but new management did not follow through/ new manager wanted to bring their own new people in

    Advice to Management

    do what you say
provide flexibility and listen to team when they say there are too many projects to manage for one person

Please pay employees more than minimum wage and give them opportunity to grow. Additionally when district managers come to stores, you should encourage staff to speak with them.
