I have been working at Shoprite Supermarkets part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I get to meet different people. The company provides a lot of union benefits.

    Cons

I would say it doesn’t matter how long you are working for the company when it comes to promotions. New employees can get promoted right away.

    Advice to Management

I would say they should consider looking at the people who are working for very long time for promotion.
