    Pros

    Doesn't require much work, opportunity for growth within the company, you meet interesting people, and you make life long friends.

    Cons

    Management, particularly at the Englewood, NJ Shoprite could improve their attitudes towards the employees. No discounts for employees.

    Advice to Management

    The better attitude you have towards your employees, the better the attitude of the employees will be toward the customers.

    Many of my coworkers were younger than me and didn't appreciate having a job in this economy.

    None. I was there for a blink of an eye and you've been in business for years. You've seen more in this industry than I will.
