    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

It's a foot in the door on your way to a career in entertainment. The people have fun and make the best of the situation.

    Cons

It's not a company that will be around for very long. Much of the production is done in house and is of very low quality.

    Advice to Management

Good Luck. Focus on bilingual demographic. Hire real TV personlaities instead of just dudes who look like they belong on 106 and park.

. Shouldn't have fired Lisa Black or Edward Leon.

    I worked at SiTV full-time

    Pros

The idea of a network for young Latinos with programming in their language is viable and should provide growth for the company for many years if you choose to work under the conditions created by its uppper-management, specially its CEO

    Cons

It is obvious the only objective of upper-management is to make the company valuable enough to sell to the highest bidder. They have no interest in creating a good working environment to those coming up the ranks. Upper management regularly lies, manipulates and flat out disrespects employees. There is no doubt the company will make money but unless you are the CFO or CEO, you won't make too much progress. Very little opportunity to grow. No training or investment on their employees whatsoever and you would be crazy to work here!

    Advice to Management

    Too arrogant to even care!

    Pros

Fantastic staff and co-workers that really care about doing a great job. Everyone is very welcoming to new people.

    Cons

Senior management is terribly uncoordinated when it comes to facilitating cross-departmental initiatives. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Money is TIGHT. They squeeze a buck so hard it screams. Staff are expected to work extremely long hours -- many times without so much as a "thank you" -- while senior staff often have short days, if they bother to show up at all.

    Advice to Management

Update your resumes. The best thing you can do is find replacements that actually have television experience.
