    Pros

    - Peerless work culture. Most who work at SickKids are there because they want to help sick children, which leads to a kind and generous group.
    - "Warm fuzzies." Again, you're helping desperately sick children get well. It's a good reason to get out of bed in the morning.

    Cons

This ties into the "pros" listed above, but because they have a good work atmosphere and emotional benefits, they don't pay as well as other equivalent hospitals in the area.
