    Competitive funding, not a lot of chance for non-academic roles.

    Pros

    Company benefits are great as long as you are working full- time hours.

    Cons

    Cannot complain about a doctor- they're not gonna listen to you even if you did (Oh, they would, just to pacify you when you are still there as an employee).

    Was a summer research intern here..absolutely loved it! Everyone was very friendly, and they keep you engaged with presentations and events throughout the program.

    Open space can get distracting. Too many meetings. Working overtime is very much part of the company culture

    A huge variety of different jobs within the pharmacy
    Great benefits

    Cons

    Wish schedule would be more consistent. Week of mornings/afternoons, rather than every day something different.
