-Some wonderful dedicated co-workers - Good insurance - Open to hybrid work - Occasional free food

- Toxic working environment: lots of politics, nepotism, unfair treatment based on personal connections/relationships - No set directions or goals, constantly shifting gears - Understaffed in many crucial departments - Underqualified managers - No competitive salaries -Salary delays with one day's notice

International company that's in hyper growth. Tons of opportunity for the company to grow and offer new professional opportunities.
Cons
All start up companies have some bumps. If you can effectively manage your own time and offer solutions to problems, you're good.
