I worked at Siegwerk full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The work/life balance is good

    Cons

Poor salary, expensive benefits, and leadership that will put the bottom line before everything else. Corporate culture is non-existent...this is a company stuck in 1985.

I have been working at Siegwerk full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

PTO and Holiday pay. That's about it.

    Cons

Unorganized. Say one thing and do another. Very profitable business yet every year our bonuses are cut or taken away altogether.

    Advice to Management

When you can't keep new employees in the front office side if thing that should put up a red flag. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

I worked at Siegwerk full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Job pays surprisingly well and will hire just about anybody, no experience required. They do also have decent benefits.

    Cons

Management changes hands constantly and your work schedule can be changed at any time without warning. Employee complaints are rarely looked into and if you have an opinion they would rather you keep it to yourself, even if it is in the best interest of the company. Hard work and dedication is seldom rewarded making for a chaotic workplace where company morale is always low..

    Advice to Management

Provide the direction and oversight necessary in order to run a successful in-house operation. Need to focus on making an employee feel valued and provide a structure where promoting within/upholding seniority and simply by allowing employees to contribute their valuable opinions would greatly improve internal company morale.
