    Pros

Had a great experience working for the quality department. I worked with some of the nicest people who were always willing to help. Another advantage includes the amount of experience you gain. Upper management really trust their interns to complete any task given to them even if they have no experience with it.

    Cons

They don't invest too much in their internship program. It could be even better if they actually created specific projects with deadlines just to give more responsibility.

    Advice to Management

Like mentioned in the cons section, management should try to advance their internship program by becoming more involved.
